List of drowning skills

Drowning skills are the four skills available to a player in the drowning state. The first three slots are determined by your profession; the fourth slot is always Bandage.

Guardian
1	Shackle	0.5½		Cripple your foe with shackles.
2	Reveal the Depths	2	5	Damage foes in an area that grows larger.
3	Renewing Current	0.5½	20	Escape toward the surface and heal.
Revenant
1	Essence Sap	0.25¼		Throw energy at your target, slowing them.
2	Forceful Displacement	0.75¾	10	Displace your foe through the Mists, forcing them away from you.
3	Vengeful Blast	0.5½	10	Pull energy towards you from the Mists, damaging nearby foes. The damage is increased as the energy is drawn inwards.
Warrior
1	Punch		1	Punch your foe.
2	Kick	0.5½	5	Cripple your foe with a kick.
3	Vengeance	0.5½	20	Rally and fight normally for a brief time. You have a chance to fully rally if you kill an enemy. When the vengeance ends, you are defeated.
Engineer
1	Floating Mine		0	Throw out a mine that explodes on contact.
2	Anchor		10	Sink your foe.
3	Buoy	3	15	Inflate a buoy, floating more quickly to the surface.
Ranger
1	Throw Knife			Throw a knife at your foe.
2	Thunderclap		10	Damages your target and dazes foes around that target.
3	Lick Wounds	0.5½	20	Revive your pet at your location to revive you.
Thief
1	Diving Knife			Throw a knife at your foes, bleeding them.
2	Cheap Shot	0.75¾	5	Knock back your foe with a kick.
3	Vanish in the Deep		20	Stealth into the depths.
Elementalist
1	Water Fist	0.5½	0	Throw a punch of concentrated water.
2	Stone Kick	0.75¾	6	Wrap your foot in stone and kick your foe.
3	Steam Vent	3	15	Float to the surface on a burst of steam, blinding and burning foes.
Mesmer
1	Mind Blast	0.75¾		Create an explosion of magical energy, confusing your foe.
2	Deception	0.5½	15	Clone. Shadowstep and create a downed clone of yourself to attack foes in range.
3	Phantasmal Rogue	0.5½	8	Phantasm. Summon a phantasmal rogue that deals increased damage from behind. If the rogue hits, the recharge of this skill is reduced.
Necromancer
1	Life Leech	60.25¼		Leech health from a foe to heal yourself.
2	Feeding Frenzy	0.5½	5	Summon a school of undead fish to swarm your foe.
3	Death Curse	0.5½	20	Poison your foe and make them flee in fear.
Common
4	Bandage	490.25¼	5	Call your allies for help. Restores health while you channel it.
