Stance is a skill type that grants temporary bonuses to the user.

Bear Stance | ¾ | 25 | Stance. Heal yourself and your pet. Lose conditions while in this stance, healing for each condition lost. | |||
Dolyak Stance | 25 | Stance. Enter a defensive stance and remove conditions that impede movement. Prevent application of such conditions while in this stance. | ||||
Griffon Stance | 1 | 25 | Stance. Evade and gain endurance. Your endurance recovery is greatly improved. You gain might and superspeed when you evade attacks. | |||
Moa Stance | 25 | Stance. Gain boons. Increase the duration of boons you grant while in this stance. | ||||
Vulture Stance | 30 | Stance. While in this stance, striking a foe inflicts poison and grants you might. This effect can occur once per interval. | ||||
One Wolf Pack | ¼ | 60 | Stance. Your successful attacks will trigger a second strike while in this stance. This effect can occur once per interval. | |||
Weaver | ||||||
Aquatic Stance | ¾ | 4 | Stance. Flow like water, gaining endurance. Striking a foe causes water to erupt from them, healing your nearby allies. | |||
Primordial Stance | 5 | Stance. Channel the prime elements at their core, dealing damage based on your current attunements. Fully attuning deals the same condition twice. | ||||
Stone Resonance | 5 | Stance. Enter an earthen state, gaining barrier periodically over the course of the stance. | ||||
Twist of Fate | 1 | 5 | Stance. Break stun, then spin and briefly evade attacks. | |||
Unravel | 5 | Stance. For a period of time, you forego your weaver training, choosing to fully attune to elements instead. Gain boons based on your primary attunement, and reduce all attunement cooldowns. | ||||
Weave Self | ¾ | 90 | Stance. Temporarily reduce the recharge time of attunements while gaining bonuses for attuning to new elements. Successfully attuning to all elements ends this stance and grants Perfect Weave. | |||
Tailored Victory | ¾ | Release all of your woven elements and end your Weave Self stance, causing gravity itself to unravel around you. |

- Lesser Endure Pain (Defy Pain ) — Stance. Take no damage from attacks. You are still susceptible to conditions and control effects.
- Lesser Stone Resonance (Bolstered Elements) — Stance. Enter an earthen state, gaining barrier periodically over the course of the stance.
Traits that improve stance skills
- Last Stand (Defense) — Stances grant vigor and barrier when activated, and they have increased duration.
- Leader of the Pack (Soulbeast) — Stance skills gain increased duration on you and grant their effects to nearby allies for a reduced duration.
- Bolstered Elements (Weaver) — Gain protection when activating a Stance. Activate Lesser Stone Resonance when using an elite skill.
