The remaining tribunes clamped down on indiscipline among the legions, and Goreblade in particular became more fond of Scrapper Duty. Enter the unruly, combative Harba, a young gun with a fondness for metal and lightning. As one of the Iron Legion's more innovative engineers, she is keen to develop a new, more destructive style, with fast little flying machines compiled from the scrap in the junkyard. It turns out Scrapper Duty might just be what Harba was born for.
