Faction Provisioner

Faction Provisioners are located in certain outposts in Verdant Brink, Auric Basin and Tangled Depths, as well as in each major city. Additional Faction Provisioners are scattered in the zones of the Horn of Maguuma.

Each provisioner will trade Provisioner Tokens for certain crafting materials and, depending on region, ERare level-80 crafted items or superior runes/sigils. Provisioners in the Horn of Maguuma offer 5 Provisioner Tokens for FExotic level-80 crafted weapons.

The purchases are limited:

• One trade per day, per account, for each tab in the major cities
  • No limit on time-gated materials such as Charged Quartz Crystal or Lump of Mithrillium as well as the 300 Research Note option in the Wizard's Tower
• One per day per vendor tab for each provisioner in the Heart of Maguuma and Horn of Maguuma.

• Provisioners that accept weapons/armor will still accept those weapons/armor if they are already soulbound prior to exchange (e.g. to unlock the skin).

Trivia

• The July 30, 2019 game update added provisioners to the six major cities, introduced the "Collector's Provisioner Token Exchange" tab, and reduced the cost of Bloodbound weapons and the Bloodbound Adjuster down from 250 to 10 tokens and from 10 to 1 tokens, respectively.
• Prior to the September 18, 2018 game update there were 12 Faction provisioners—5 in Verdant Brink, 3 in Auric Basin, and 4 in Tangled Depths. This is preserved in the number of tabs each faction provisioner has.

  • Certain faction provisioners did not appear until after sufficient progress was made in the meta event for their outpost had been completed. These events were:
    • Outpost: Northwatch
      • Protect Burnisher Kengo as she activates the mirrors around the Northwatch outpost (80)
    • Outpost: Southwatch
      • Clear Mordrem near Exalted mirrors while Adanich powers-up Southwatch (80)
    • Outpost: Rata Novus
      • Draw the shielded golem's fire while Agent Zildi reprograms it (80)
    • Outpost: SCAR Bivouac
      • Protect the cannon until the Mordrem migration is stopped (80)
