Walkthrough[edit]
Chieftain Lagula gives the briefing; some ogres will stand and fight while others head for safety. Naturally Forgal volunteers you to stay and fight. Head over to Gorkan after the cinematic, where you will see branded emerging from the ground in all directions. Prioritise the Branded Charr because they use AoE skills which will cause the most harm to your ogre allies. Move to the second location when indicated to do so. move back to the village itself once the gates have been cleared. After cleansing the village of branded, the branded Uldek the Fierce and a large branded devourer will emerge from the ground. Defeat them to complete the mission.
Upon completion, Lagula's Skull is placed in your personal story panel.

Dialogue[edit]
Upon arrival:
- Jonkor: Hey, you. Come here.
- Jonkor beckons to <Character name>.
- Jonkor: Lagula's in charge now. She's waiting for you.
If you talk to your mentor:
- Magister Sieran: The fortifications turned out well, and the rock dogs are spoiling for a fight. I think Agrak Kraal is ready for Uldek and his Branded horde. And after we help the ogres, we'll see if they'll help us.
- I'm ready.
- Lightbringer Tybalt Leftpaw: Rock dogs and lumber just transformed a kraal into a fortress. Uldek and his horde have their work cut out for them--and so do we, if we want these ogres to join our cause.
- Don't worry. We'll get the job done.
- Warmaster Forgal Kernsson: Uldek and his horde should be here soon. We need these ogres to pitch in against the dragons. We've done all we can to help them prepare. Now we see if we're up to the challenge.
- We're ready.
If you talk to the ogres:
- Jonkor: I don't know where you came from, or why, but I'm glad you're here. You've already saved my life. Let's see if you can save the entire kraal.
- We won't quit until Uldek is gone and you're all safe.
- Builder Gorkan: I'm no braggar, but these fortifications are damn near perfect. The preparations are done. Now it's up to us and our new chieftain Lagula to bring Uldek and his Branded beasties down.
- Don't forget me and my order. We're in this, too.
- Nojara: Sourfang is even more formidable than I hoped. Between him, you, and our new chieftain Lagula, we might just survive this.
- Count on that. I do.
Cinematic at Lagula:
- Lagula: You're back. They say you were a big help. On behalf of the entire kraal: thank you.
- Magister Sieran: Our pleasure. But it looks like you're abandoning your home.
- Lightbringer Tybalt Leftpaw: Think nothing of it. But it looks like some of these folks aren't digging in, they're bugging out.
- Warmaster Forgal Kernsson: You're welcome. But, we were expecting to defend the kraal and you're evacuating it.
- Lagula: Yes, things got worse. The weather turned, and Uldek's herd of monsters gets bigger all the time.
- Lagula: I made the call. Some of us will stay and fight. The rest will find safety. If things go badly here, they'll start a new kraal.
- <Character name>: Count us with the fighters. Just tell us where we can do the most good.
- Lagula: Check with Gorkan; he's in charge of our defenses. And thanks again. I don't know why you're helping us, but I'm glad you're here.
After the cutscene:
- Chieftain Lagula: Get going. We don't have much time.
- Lightbringer Tybalt Leftpaw: Look alive, my friends. We need to shore up these defenses.
- Magister Sieran: Uldek and his Branded monsters are in for a big surprise.
- Warmaster Forgal Kernsson: I've battled against ogres before, but never with them. This will be glorious!
- Chieftain Lagula: Keep moving. Get those supplies squared away and guard them until we catch up.
- Chieftain Lagula: Nojara! I want Sourfang and the rock dogs ready. And make sure they know who to bite.
- Chieftain Lagula: Call out if the fortifications fail, Gorkan. We'll be ready to step in to fill any gaps.
If you talk to Lagula:
- Chieftain Lagula: Thank you for all your help. Our preparations helped the kraal rally around me as its new chieftain. We may not survive, but we won't go down without a fight.
- And my order is with you, every step of the way.
Approaching Gorkan:
- Builder Gorkan: Did you hear that? Something's coming.
- Chieftain Lagula: Uldek was a good chief. He deserves a clean death.
- Magister Sieran: I was hoping to fall in love at least once before I die...but I guess I'm ready. If you are.
- Lightbringer Tybalt Leftpaw: Marauding? Marauder? I don't know the right word, but I'm ready to maraud! Let's go.
- Warmaster Forgal Kernsson: Change doesn't come easy to an old soldier. You didn't give up on me...and I won't give up on you. We do this together.
After defeating Uldek and his pet:
- Chieftain Lagula: I will make the dragons pay for this. Uldek and our kraal will be avenged.
Cinematic with Chieftain Lagula:
- Lagula: Well, we're alive, but the kraal is ruined. What a painful victory.
- <Character name>: The dragon's corruption is strong. When it got hold of Uldek, it became even stronger.
- Lagula: It would have been much worse if you hadn't shown up. At least now we have a chance to start over.
- Lagula: I won't forget what you did for us. When you make your stand against the dragons, call me. I will repay that debt.
- Magister Sieran: We definitely will. The Priory is dedicated to stopping the dragons, but we'll need help to do it. Until that day, good luck.
- Lightbringer Tybalt Leftpaw: We will. My entire order is dedicated to stopping the dragons, and soon we'll need strong allies like you. Until that day, good luck.
- Warmaster Forgal Kernsson: Definitely. The Vigil is dedicated to stopping the dragons, but we'll need allies to make that happen. Until that day, good luck.
After the cutscene:
- Chieftain Lagula: This must never happen again. If there's an army that can defeat the dragons, I'll join it.
- Lightbringer Tybalt Leftpaw: This is stupid! Why are we bothering? We should just blow it all up and be done with it!
- Warmaster Forgal Kernsson: Why do we bother to try? The old ways are gone. Maybe the world's not worth saving anymore!
- Magister Sieran: This is a blighted mess. You have the patience of the Tree, Scholar!
If you talk to the ogres:
- Chieftain Lagula: Losing an entire kraal is a bad start for a chieftain. I appreciate all your help. I just hope the people understand how much worse it could have been.
- What will you do next?
- We'll establish a new kraal and build a new home. After that, I'll make good on my promise to join your fight against the dragons so that this never happens again, to anyone.
- Glad to hear it. If we stand together, Tyria will survive.
- Nojara: If only we'd had more time to train, more pets to fight for us. I guess survival is the best we could have hoped for.
- Sourfang and his pack did well. What will happen to them?
- What kind of question is that? They're our pets now. We'll take care of them, obviously. We'll put them to work and see to their needs for the rest of their lives.
- Good. They've earned a spot in your new kraal.
- Survival, and vengeance. We'll make the dragons pay for this.
- Jonkor: Thanks for your help. The kraal is destroyed, but it can be rebuild. We'll miss Uldek's skills and leadership, but Lagula will lead us to a new home.
- I agree. You're in good hands.
- Builder Gorkan: The Kraal is ruined. I failed. And we'd all be dead if not for you. I guess your order is right: if we want to defeat the dragons and their minions, and survive, we all need to work together.
- We will.
If you talk to your mentor:
- Magister Sieran: Sorry to lose Agrak Kraal, but I know Lagula and her tribe will be an asset against the dragons. I just got word about something big happening in Lion's Arch. Meet me there?
- Absolutely.
- Lightbringer Tybalt Leftpaw: I knew ogres were tough, but...wow! I'm glad they're on our side. But now we're needed in Lion's Arch. I don't know what's going on there, but it's big.
- I'll meet you there.
- Warmaster Forgal Kernsson: A painful loss. This shows why we need the ogres to side with us, not the dragons. I've also gotten word that things are heating up in Lion's Arch. I'll meet you there.
- Done.
