Ferocity is a secondary attribute that increases critical damage.
Ferocity required to increase critical damage by 1%[edit]
At level 80, every 15 points of ferocity adds 1% to the character's critical damage. At other levels the ferocity required for 1% critical damage is 5/7(≈0.714) times the Precision required. [verification requested]

- Radiant Power (Radiance) — Attacks against burning foes have an increased chance to critically hit. Your ferocity is increased.
- Signet Mastery (Arms) — Signets grant a stacking ferocity boon on use. Cast Lesser Signet of Might when striking a foe below the health threshold.
- Axe Mastery (Discipline) — Gain ferocity. Gain additional ferocity when wielding an axe. Axe skills gain reduced recharge and grant adrenaline when critically striking.
- Attacker's Insight (Spellbreaker) — Gain Insight when disabling foes or removing boons. Full Counter refreshes all burst skills on hit. Disables include stun, daze, knockback, pull, knockdown, sink, float, launch, taunt and fear.
- Guns and Glory (Bladesworn) — Gain ferocity for a short duration when you hit with an explosion. The effect stacks duration.
- Explosive Temper (Explosives) — Explosions grant stacking ferocity when they hit.
- No Scope (Firearms) — Critical hits on foes within the range threshold have a chance to grant fury. Fury grants you ferocity.
- Vicious Quarry (Skirmishing) — Fury grants ferocity and additional increased critical strike chance. When struck while below the health threshold, gain fury.
- Pet's Prowess (Beastmastery) — Your pet moves faster and deals more damage on critical hits.
- Honed Axes (Beastmastery) — You and your pet gain ferocity. Axe skills gain reduced recharge, and you gain additional ferocity while wielding an axe.
- No Quarter (Critical Strikes) — Landing a critical hit while under the effects of fury increases the duration of fury. Gain increased ferocity while under the effects of fury.
- Raging Storm (Air) — Critically striking a foe grants fury. Gain ferocity while under the effects of fury.
- Aeromancer's Training (Air) — Gain ferocity, and gain additional ferocity while attuned to air. Air weapon skills get a reduced recharge time.
- Fresh Air (Air) — Recharge air attunement on a critical hit. Gain a ferocity boost when attuning to air.
- Arcane Lightning (Arcane) — Arcane skills grant increased ferocity and have additional effects.
- Elemental Polyphony (Weaver) — Gain attributes based on your current attunement. When dual attuned, gain both benefits.
- Fencer's Finesse (Dueling) — Gain a stacking ferocity effect when you or one of your illusions strikes with a one-handed sword or an underwater spear. Reduces recharge on sword and underwater spear skills.
- Reaper's Onslaught (Reaper) — Gain ferocity and quickness while in Reaper's Shroud. Hitting with Life Reap reduces the recharge time of shroud skills. Recharge reduction can only occur once per use of Life Reap.
Traits that convert to ferocity
- Great Fortitude (Strength) — Gain vitality and ferocity based on a percentage of your power.
- Blood Reaction (Berserker) — A percentage of precision is given as a bonus to ferocity and a percentage of power is given as a bonus to condition damage. These bonuses are doubled in berserk mode.
- Practiced Tolerance (Critical Strikes) — Gain ferocity based on your precision.
- Ferocious Winds (Air) — Gain ferocity based on your precision.
- Quiet Intensity (Virtuoso) — Fury gives an increased critical chance. Gain ferocity based on your vitality.
- Implacable Foe (Harbinger) — Gain stability and damage reduction when entering Harbinger Shroud. Gain ferocity based on your vitality.
