- Explosive Temper — Explosions grant stacking ferocity when they hit.
- Shrapnel — Explosions have a chance to cripple and cause bleeding on hit.
- Big Boomer — Deal increased strike damage to foes with a lower health percentage than you. Hitting with an Explosion heals you over a few seconds.
Inventions

Tools
- Lock On — Striking a stealthed foe triggers Invisible Analysis. Disabling a foe triggers Controlled Analysis. Disables include stun, daze, knockback, pull, knockdown, sink, float, launch, taunt, and fear.
- Gadgeteer — Gadget skills are more powerful.
Scrapper
- System Shocker — Disabling a foe grants barrier to nearby allies. Your function gyro dazes foes when cast. Disables include stun, daze, knockback, pull, knockdown, sink, float, launch, taunt, and fear.
Notes[edit]
- The skill goes on cooldown once the mine is placed, allowing for consecutive mine placements if the previous one is detonated as the skill recharges.
- With Gadgeteer, the player can place another set of mines if one of the mines from the previous pair is detonated, allowing for several mines to be active at once.
- As with all ground targeted skills that explode in contact with an enemy such as traps or marks, the mine(s) will not automatically explode if placed under a friendly character that later becomes an enemy. The enemy would have to move outside of the radius, then go back inside, for the mine(s) to explode. Alternatively, the engineer can just detonate the mine(s) manually.
- The mine(s) is proximity-triggered, but the engineer may also manually Detonate it.
- The proximity radius is significantly shorter than the blast radius.
- On land, Throw Mine is a ground-targeted skill. Underwater, Deploy Mine appears directly in front of the player.
- The mine(s) last for 60 seconds, and then disappears.
- The projectile itself is also Unblockable.
- If this skill is used outside of combat and then replaced by another utility skill, the mine(s) will remain in place.
- If thrown directly on an enemy, the mine detonation may not automatically trigger.
- Only the detonation counts as a Blast Finisher; so this skill will only trigger combo fields once.
Trivia[edit]
- Prior to Beta Weekend Event 3, this skill once existed as a Mine Kit instead.
