Shaman's Rookery is a large cavern and jumping puzzle located in western Wayfarer Foothills. It is populated by shamans of the Spirits of the Wild, and their sacred animals, which you must navigate past without disturbing them.

Getting there

From  Zelechor Hot Springs Waypoint — , head southwest along the cliff, until you reach the cave entrance in the cliff to the west.

Mechanics You must jump across platforms to reach the chest in the northwest of the cave, while avoiding the harmful effects caused by the sacred animals: Sacred Ravens generate a small  Knockback area of effect around themselves. Sacred Wolves cause  Fear in a medium AoE. [verification requested] Sacred Bears inflict  Chilled in a medium AoE. [verification requested] As well as this, the shamans of each animal throughout the puzzle will attack you when you approach. From the entrance, head west through the first raven section to the large platform populated by Sacred Wolves and Wolf Shamans. Jump northeast across a few more small platforms with more ravens. Cross the large platform with Sacred Bears and Bear Shamans, heading west to a final cluster of small platforms with ravens. Carefully cross these last raven platforms to reach the final platform, with two Leopard Shamans guarding a gate in the northwest of the cave. Defeat them and the gate will open, allowing access to the Grand Chest. The achievement will be granted when you enter the chest room. Tips The most likely cause of falling is rushing the Sacred Raven sections. Take your time and wait for them to fly off before you go past. Sacred Ravens and Sacred Bears have a Point Blank AoE  Knockback while Sacred Wolfs and Wolf Shamans have a Point Blank AoE  Fear. [verification requested]  Stability can be used to prevent the  knockbacks and  Fear, making it fairly easy to jump straight to the end of the puzzle. Sacred Ravens land in the same places every time, so they can be avoided with careful observation. Shortcuts There are two shortcuts in this puzzle: The first raven section can be avoided entirely by a character with access to  Swiftness, by jumping from the ramp on the left side of the cave to the platform with the rich copper vein, which is adjacent to the platform with the first Raven Shaman. It is also possible to bypass the Spirit of the Wolf section of this puzzle by jumping directly to the cliff on the right of the Spirit of the Bear from the Raven Shaman platform. Once there, run through the Spirit of the Bear challenge and jump directly to the Spirit of the Snow Leopard section.

Notes

Bug:

Neither Sacred Wolves or Sacred Bears seem to cause any effects: standing in their AoEs won't do anything to you.

• Credit for finishing the jumping puzzle is gained after opening the final door and approaching the chest.
