Dialogue[edit]
- During cutscene
- Captain Evon Gnashblade: Sir, my assistant and I have come to understand your people.
- Captain Evon Gnashblade: May we discuss the possibility of a trade agreement between your charming sanctum and the great city of—
- Captain Ellen Kiel: I'm not his assistant, sir. I can tell you that my city has much to offer you, year-round. Our gardens—
- Master of Peace: Ahem. Parden my intrusion on your verbal one-upmanship. Tell me, do your people support you? [sic]
- Captain Evon Gnashblade: Absolutely! I am beloved among the people.
- Master of Peace: And you, Lionguard?
- Captain Ellen Kiel: What? Well...I'm rather well liked, I suppose.
- Master of Peace: Good. You must both now impress me with the enthusiasm of your supporters. If you succeed, we'll discuss a trade agreement.
- After the cutscene
- Captain Ellen Kiel: If neither of us gets this trade agreement, it'll be all your fault.
- Captain Evon Gnashblade: My fault? You're a mouse fart who thinks she's a hurricane. Please.
- Captain Ellen Kiel: Oh yeah? No more being nice. You're going down, Gnashblade.
- Captain Evon Gnashblade: (chuckle) Just stand aside, Ellen, so you don't get your feelings hurt.
Individual talks after the cutscene[edit]
- Speaking to Captain Ellen Kiel
- This just keeps getting better, <Character name>. Now we have to show we have popular support, too? At least we can say we got the Master of Peace to sit down with us. That's something.
- Hey, no angry karka this time.
- True. Though, at least I know what to expect from karka. Evon's over there eyeing me, and I have no idea what he's planning.
- It's going to be interesting.
- I'm still undecided.
- Speaking to Captain Evon Gnashblade
- So this Master of Peace wants us to prove our worth, eh? That'll be easy.
- What's your plan?
- Ah, that'd be telling. Maybe if you were bringing support my way, I'd be more inclined to share.
- I'll think about that.
- Good luck.
- Speaking to Master of Peace
- Welcome to our sanctum. How may I serve you?
- Tell me about your people.
- Gladly. We come from a long line of people who believe in peace. We live in the sky to avoid the violent conflicts others experience on land.
- Tell me about the sanctum. (Same as below)
- What do you think of the candidates? (Same as below)
- That's all. Thanks.
- Tell me about the sanctum.
- Our sanctum is our home. It keeps us safe, and it carries us above the clouds. We're blessed with a knowledge of the Aspects of Wind, Sun, and Lightning that allows us to remain afloat.
- Tell me about your people. (Same as above)
- What do you think of the candidates? (Same as below)
- That's all. Thanks.
- What do you think of the candidates?
- We've been entertained by their enthusiasm. In the end, however, the true measure of their worth will be seen in the loyalty and support they inspire in those who know them best.
- Tell me about your people. (Same as above)
- Tell me about the sanctum. (Same as above)
- That's all. Thanks.
- Maybe later.
