Mechanics

• The  Relic of the Stormsinger effect is granted after using a leap, retreat, or similar movement skill while in combat.
• Hitting a target is not required to receive the effect – only to cast the lightning strike itself.
• The cooldown starts once the effect is granted.
• Does not work with Daredevil's enhanced dodge abilities.
• Does not work with instant movement skills like shadowsteps and teleports.

Bugs:

• The coefficient listed by the relic tooltip is incorrect. The tooltip of the associated skill shows a coefficient of 1.1.
• Some skills trigger the relic effect out of combat as well.
• The relic effect is not triggered by multi component movement skills, such as   Advancing Strike or   Unrelenting Assault
