Mount Balrior is an instanced zone that can be accessed through the Balrior Peak story step, the Convergence: Mount Balrior public instance, and the raid of the same name. The titans Decima, the Stormsinger and Greer, the Blightbringer have retreated here after their defeat in the Sulfurous Springs to recover and plan.^[1] It is connected to Janthir Syntri by the Path to Balrior.
