Public instance

Public instances[1] (squad mission[2], instanced group encounter[3][1], world boss encounter or meta event encounter[4] ) are special instances available either for a private and public squads for 50-80 players.
Accessing public instances[edit]
- Available to all players
Living World Season 1 public instances can be accessed via the Mist Stranger in Eye of the North.
- Expansions required
The Icebrood Saga public instance can be accessed by talking to Brek Harrowflight in Eye of the North.
- The Path of Fire expansion is required.
Secrets of the Obscure public instance can be accesed via the Convergences portal at The Wizard's Tower in Rift Hunter Lounge.
