A Southsun Economist is a merchant found in each of the four major settlements in Southsun Cove during Last Stand at Southsun. They will not offer their goods until all four main settlements under constant karka and wildlife assaults are secured.

Items offered

The weapons and armor all have a Settler's prefix (Toughness, Condition Damage, Healing Power). Items of DMasterwork or higher quality have assorted upgrades of the same rarity as the item. All items are soulbound on acquire and cannot be salvaged or used in the Mystic Forge.
