Southern Wizard's Tower, part of the Skywatch Archipelago, borders on the southern half of The Wizard's Tower.
Except for the perimeter which is always open, and the courtyard which only opens after the map meta completes; the majority of this area is inaccessible in the open world. Internal areas can however be accessed during story missions The Missing Facet and Tower of Secrets.
