Walkthrough[edit]
Use /crossarms in the Ministry of Transit waiting area. Please take a number from the jar, and we will call on you shortly.
The "Ministry of Transit waiting area" is located southwest of Kestrel's Vow Waypoint. Inside the building, there is an open area with small benches.
Start at 
Kestrel's Vow Waypoint — and travel west until you reach the city gate. Once inside, you will find the Ministry of Transit building directly on your left. Type /crossarms near the southern wall of the waiting area and wait. 
Eligibility: Let the Memory Live Again appears on your buff bar and the time you have to wait for counts down (10 seconds). You will get the achievement after a few seconds.
