• Liberator's Vow — Grant allies quickness when you use your heal skill.
• Stalwart Speed — When you grant aegis or stability, grant quickness. This can affect multiple targets simultaneously.

• The healing done by this skill is equal to (25 + Level^2 * 0.227 + Healing Power * 0.54).
• Has 2 charges then flips over to Rejuvenating Respite.

Patch	Changes
February 14, 2023	Firebrand mantras now require an initial casting time to prepare the mantra charges. The final charge of each mantra is more powerful. Firebrand mantras will now automatically swap to their charged state when not on cooldown and when the player is out of combat in PvE maps.
May 11, 2021	Mantras no longer need to be charged before use. They now hold three charges by default, and the final charge is no longer stronger. They regenerate ammunition normally.
March 04, 2020	Reduced base heal from 997 to 199 in PvP and WvW. Reduced healing coefficient from 0.25 to 0.1 in PvP and WvW.
