These are the expected rewards for a level 80 player.
Walkthrough[edit]
Gatekeeper Vialgos becomes invulnerable upon reaching 75% and 25% health. His Defiance bar must be broken to make him vulnerable to damage again.
Throughout the fight, Vialgos creates pools of rot on the platform. The pools deal a small amount of damage to players standing in them and apply stacks of 
Malignant Toxin every second. This long lasting effect deals high ticking damage but can be cleansed by standing in one of the fountains on the edge of the platform. Standing on the pile of flesh behind a fountain should be avoided as it instantly applies 16 stacks of Malignant Toxin to the player.

- Arina: We've got someone's attention; there's a big one over there.
- Frode: Everyone across! We're going to take the fight to them before they can regroup!
- Gatekeeper Vialgos: You dare to trespass in the palace of the Midnight King? Begone at once!
- Peitha: Stand down, Vialgos, and you will be spared.
- Gatekeeper Vialgos: And betray my oath? I would sooner die.
- Arina: Well, you heard him.
- Upon getting a first stack of Malignant Toxin
- (One of the following):
- Arina: Get to the fountains and clean that off, quickly!
- Frode: You need to wash that off immediately!
- At 75% health
- Gatekeeper Vialgos: You would bring down our world, and for what? Do you even know?
- At 25% health
- Gatekeeper Vialgos: It took millennia to build this kingdom, and you would see it destroyed? I cannot allow it!
- Event end
- Peitha: The moment is upon us, but time is not our ally. To your tasks, and know that Nayos fights with you.
