Ramses is a Kryptis rebel and Peitha's closest ally.
Ramses has keen interest in Tyria and its people. During story chapter Duress, while voicing his disdain for Eparch's suffocating rule, he displays knowledge of the Sylvari.[1] Researcher Selly mentions Ramses in her notes, stating that he is approachable and verbose, open about his ideas and opinions and charming, although physically unappealing.[2]

Secrets of the Obscure[edit]
After they learnt about Arina and her squad of Astral Ward members stranded in Nayos, Ramses and Peitha tracked them down to offer their assistance. Ramses stayed with the squad and helped them better acclimate to the Nayosian environment.
Act IV: Through the Veil[edit]
A few days later, they were met again by Peitha and the Pact Commander after fending off a Kryptis attack on the ward's camp. Ramses was intrigued by the commander, commenting on the peculiar way they 'smelled'.
