Zeghai of the Lost

Zeghai of the Lost is a mysterious traveler who has walked The Mists. Though he has a humanoid silhouette, his skin is black that periodically pulses with a violet hue, leaving his race unclear.
He sells recipes to craft the Revenant beta Mist weapons to revenant characters or players with a level 80 revenant on the account. Unlike other mobile merchants, such as the PSNA, there is no merchant indicator on the map when he appears.

- Note: Zeghai travels, spawning at a new location each hour at XX:15, and stays on the map until XX:40. His location repeats every 15 hours. If available, his current location is highlighted in yellow in the table below.

- Arcovian Foothills — Northwest of the Nolan waypoint, standing on the rocks on the north border of the Town of Nolan, east of North Nolan Hatchery.
- Blazeridge Steppes
- Shattered Palisades - Up on a wall just south of the first 'a' in Palisades on the map.
- Plains of Ashford
- Lamia Mire — Southeast of Phasmatis Waypoint, high up on the rocky hill west of nearby heart.
- Gendarran Fields

- Cornucopian Fields — near Applenook Hamlet Waypoint
- Queensdale
- Phinney Ridge — North of Phinney Waypoint, on the tall rock above the ettin cave.

- Voloxian Passage — West of the Rana Landing Complex Waypoint, standing on the rocks northwest of the asuran building

- During every spawn, one of the below items will be offered. The recipes rotate in a 3-hour cycle, starting with Recipe: Mistbreaker (0:15), Recipe: Mistrender (1:15) and Recipe: Mistcleaver (2:15).

Dialogue[edit]
- If revenant:
- I see you clearly. We have both walked in the Mists. We have seen the realm of infinite possibilities and chosen to risk our existence to manipulate them.
I seek tools to better channel my powers.
I have to get going.
- If revenant, during the beginning of dawn:
- Tyria fascinates me–such a rigid place. It moves like a machine. Come, friend, and watch the sunrise with me. Witness this machine in motion.
- The machine could be improved, and I seek help to do just that.
- I'd be honored to join you.
- If other profession:
- I can see that you've had close dealings with the Mists. Do you wish to learn more?
- Yes.
- I have to get going.
- If other profession, and no lvl 80 revenant on the account:
- Your mind is closed to the truth. I only speak to those who are familiar with the Mists and who know how to manipulate them.
- I'll come back later.
Notes[edit]
- When he despawns, he disappears in effects similar to Revenant dodge and teleport skills.
- According to ArenaNet Developer, Myranda Pendragon, "If no one is in the map when his time to spawn comes up, he won't spawn."[1]
- Zeghai appears to be using the Arcane Outfit.
- Players that once had a level 80 Revenant on the account but have since deleted it will still be able to purchase recipes from Zeghai on other characters.
