Behavior

• While an Altar is present, ice spikes will periodically fly off the Veteran Ice Imp and create small explosive ice imps where they land.

Skills

• Ice Bolt — Basic ranged autoattack. Throws an ice spike.
• Ice Spike — Causes frost to build up below the target and then form into a spike that juts out of the ground. Applies  Chilled (4s).
• Stab — Summons an Altar, gaining  Altar-Infused (45s) and  Determined (45s).
