Skills

• Ice Bolt - Ranged ice attack that inflicts 2 seconds of  Chilled.
• Ice Spike - Targeted AoE damage that inflicts 2 seconds of  Chilled. There is roughly a 2.5 second delay from when the red AoE circle appears before damage is inflicted with an ice spike that protrudes from the ground.
