Mechanics

• Activation time is 0.5½ seconds in underwater mode.
• Removes conditions at set 5-second intervals. Intervals remain constant even if the signet is on cooldown.
• The trait Perfect Inscriptions will cause this skill to remove one condition every four seconds instead of every five seconds.
• Applies the  Signet of Resolve passive effect while not on cooldown.
• The healing amount done is equal to (150 + Level^2 * 1.25 + Healing Power * 1.25).

Anomaly:

The overhead signet icon appears not only when the skill is activated, as is normal, but also when the passive effect is triggered (though notably only when this actually removes a condition).

June 28, 2022	Decreased the passive effect's internal cooldown from 10 seconds to 5 seconds. This effect will now protect the player from an incoming condition by immediately removing it, and then it begins its internal cooldown. The active effect now additionally removes two conditions from the player.
February 25, 2020	Competitive content update: (Competitive split) Increased cooldown from 30 seconds to 35 seconds.
July 10, 2018	Reduced the cooldown of this skill in PvE from 35 seconds to 30 seconds to match PvP and WvW.
