Risen High Wizard

The Risen High Wizard is the guardian of the Gates of Arah. A high Orrian wizard in life, as an undead servant of Zhaitan he now stands as the final obstacle between the Pact and the Ruined City of Arah. He wields the legendary greatsword Eternity.

Location[edit]

Has two skillsets, and can begin the encounter with either skillset.
Gains Berserk at 75% health.
Switches to whichever skillset he wasn't using before at 25% health.
Briefly gains Determined at 25% health, and gains Quickness for the remainder of the fight.

Arcing Slice - Burst. Deliver a circular attack to foes around you, and gain fury. Deal more damage to foes with low health.
Slash - Chain. Slash your foe.
- Slice - Chain. Slice your foe.
  - Power Stab - Slash at your foe. This attack restores endurance if it hits.
Mirror Blade - Throw an illusionary blade that creates a clone at its first target and then bounces to enemies and allies, dealing less damage to foes per hit and granting might to allies.
Whirlwind Attack - Whirl in a target's direction, slashing foes along your path.
Symbol of Wrath - Symbol. Pierce the ground with a mystic symbol that damages foes while granting resolution to allies.
Call of the Wild - Daze and weaken nearby enemies. Grant fury, might, and swiftness to yourself and nearby allies.

Arcing Slice - Burst. Deliver a circular attack to foes around you, and gain fury. Deal more damage to foes with low health.
Spatial Surge - Shoot a beam at your foe. The farther away they are, the more damage you deal.
Hundred Blades - Repeatedly strike multiple foes. The last strike does extra damage.
Mirror Blade - Throw an illusionary blade that creates a clone at its first target and then bounces to enemies and allies, dealing less damage to foes per hit and granting might to allies.
Symbol of Wrath - Symbol. Pierce the ground with a mystic symbol that damages foes while granting resolution to allies.
Rain of Fire - Bombard targeted area with fire arrows and damage foes for a short time.

Blink - Manipulation. Teleport to a target location.
