The Risen Priestess of Lyssa is a powerful Risen mesmer that controls the Cathedral of Eternal Radiance from the Altar of Lies. She was once the high priestess of Lyssa in Orr, but is now a servant of Zhaitan. She is protected by a magical barrier and cannot be fought until the cathedral's three outer seals are captured. Defeating her is the final objective of the Cathedral of Eternal Radiance meta event, and a Glorious Chest will spawn upon her death.

- Chaos Bolt - Projectile attack that bounces causing a random condition:
- Teleport - Randomly evades and summons clones
- Block - Reflects attacks
- Corrupted Gaze grants Determined and
Dazes targets facing her, summoning Risen when targets are dazed - Summons - creates one of the following Illusions
- (new string)[sic] - Teleports players outside of the Altar of Lies and summons clones of players that are teleported

Notes[edit]
- The Risen Priestess of Lyssa herself isn't actually very dangerous, the real threat comes from the Risen and Corrupted Illusions she spawns.
- If the event scales up enough for the Priestess to summon Champion Corrupted Illusions watch out, they're especially deadly.
- If Summoned Allies or Ranger pets are facing the Priestess while she's channeling Corrupted Gaze they'll get dazed and cause additional Risen to spawn just like players do.
