Purge Gyro Self-Destruct/history

- The gyro class of skills has been reworked and changed to wells. Gyros are now no longer targetable and instead hover over the engineer to grant their effects.
- Purge Gyro Self-Destruct: This skill was removed from the game.
August 08, 2017
- Removed the delay on gyro skills before they can be detonated.
February 22, 2017
- Scrapper gyro detonations are now considered explosions.
- Skills that count as explosions for the traits Steel-Packed Powder, Explosive Powder, and Shrapnel are now marked with a skill fact.
