Prismatic Champion's Regalia is a legendary trinket obtainable through the  Seasons of the Dragons meta achievement in Living World Season 2, Season 3, Season 4 and The Icebrood Saga. All episodes of the aforementioned Living World seasons must be unlocked to be able to complete the achievement that rewards this item.
