Polyluminescent Undulating Refractor (Teal) is a jewel that is included in Oontz's Necklace of the Spectre. Applying it to an item and equipping that item will make the character glow teal. It can be extracted from a trinket by using an Upgrade Extractor or by salvaging the trinket with a Black Lion Salvage Kit. It can also be upgraded to an infusion using the Mystic Forge.

- Prior to End of Dragons the effects from Polysaturating Reverberating Infusions, Hylek Potions, Polyluminescent Undulating Refractor, and Polyluminescent Undulating Infusions would only show the last applied effect and a random one upon zoning.
- Polysaturating Infusions do not affect character skin, when combined with a Polyluminescent, the skin will never be overridden but the armor and hair will.
- The effect does not affect the character's equipped back skins, weapons, or gliders.
- The effect can be combined with certain other infusions such as the Celestial Infusion.
- This upgrade applies the suffix "of the Spectre."
- When equipping a trinket with this upgrade, it applies the Spectral Countenance effect.
