Polyluminescent Undulating Refractor (Green) is a jewel that is included in Oontz's Necklace of the Ghoul. Applying it to an item and equipping that item will give the character the 
Ghastly Appearance effect, causing them to glow green. It can be extracted from a trinket by using an Upgrade Extractor or by salvaging the trinket with a Black Lion Salvage Kit. It can also be upgraded to an infusion using the Mystic Forge.

- Prior to End of Dragons the effects from Polysaturating Reverberating Infusions, Hylek Potions, Polyluminescent Undulating Refractor, and Polyluminescent Undulating Infusions would only show the last applied effect and a random one upon zoning.
- Polysaturating Infusions do not affect character skin, when combined with a Polyluminescent, the skin will never be overridden but the armor and hair will.
- The effect does not affect the character's equipped back skins, weapons, or gliders.
- The effect can be combined with certain other infusions such as the Celestial Infusion.
- This upgrade applies the suffix "of the Ghoul."
- When equipping a trinket with this upgrade, it applies the Ghastly Appearance effect.
Lump of Crystallized Nougat and 
Hylek Green Hue Potion have the same effect when used.
