- Catch infected crows by jumping into them with your Springer or Skyscale — 8% heart progress
- Identify Purist hideouts by knocking on doors marked with
— 5% heart progress - Kill Purists (disguised as Ruffians) — 8% heart progress each
- Return a stolen Eye of the Ocean to its shrine — 14% heart progress
- Eyes of the Ocean can be obtained by slaying the Purists that jump out of identified hideouts.
