Lutgardis Plaza Waypoint — , climb the building to the northwest to the very top.
One approach is to climb the stairs of the hero point south of the north lab, then use zip lines to approach the buildings NNW of the mastery insight point. From there using a springer use the roofs of the nearby buildings to slowly work your way towards the mastery point.
