Getting there[edit]
From 
Lutgardis Plaza Waypoint — , go east & up a few steps to a Zip Line (star on map), then go S past 
Sunjiang Lab — and then to the left a bit. Glide from corner of building to the scaffold where the mastery point is. There's a lot of Jade Brotherhood running around below, so this is an easy way to avoid them.
