1	Naksi Bay	North of Garden Heights waypoint, on top of Reactor Station's Visitor Center.
2	Old Kaineng	West of Ancient Vault on first floor of the ruins right next to a Jade Brotherhood tent. A Purist Document Fragment can be found on the ground nearby.
3	Bori Ward	Directly north of the "W" in Bori Ward. On a wall next to some orange-leaf trees north of the diagonal double-green power lines.
4	Lutgardis Plaza	Lutgardis Plaza At the Mastery Point straight west of the Lutgardis Plaza waypoint. Stand facing west on the roof above the the MP, turn around and look up at the wall behind.
5	Cobble Ward	Next to Kappa Underpass up on the same platform as the Mastery Point.
6	Naksi Bay	At Naksi Bay On the top southeast corner of the island next to the name "Naksi Bay".
7	Grub Lane	Inside a double archway at Grub Lane south of the Hero Challenge. It's in shadows, hard to see.
8	Sotdae Landing	North side of the island at Sotdae Landing at sea level, next to a Jade Tech Offensive Protocol doohickey.
9	Kaineng Docks	At Kaineng Docks behind a corner NW of Jade Monument.
10	Cobble Ward	Southern part of Cobble Ward, straight west from Salvage Yard POI and near the Jade Bot Workbench icon. On a wall at ground level. There is a "Join the Brotherhood" book nearby. SE of word Cobble Ward and westward of Salvage Yard poi, eastern most end of the canal.
11	Sotdae Landing	At Sotdae Landing at sea level NW side of the island where the Hero Challenge is. On the cliff wall below a hanging platform.
12	Soojung Heights	Ministry of Archives on the northwest exterior wall.

14	Naksi Bay	Isle of Hanasha At ground level on the right wall near the entrance to ruins. Next to the Isle of Hanasha POI marker.
15	Garden Heights	Temple of Preeminence southeast outside wall, up near roofline.
	Bonus bugged one: Ministry Ward	Right outside Ministry Ward building on the north side. The reason this is labeled bugged is that you cannot erase it.

Bug:

The graffiti could be invisible, which can be solved with a relog on spot, but they are still interactable.
