Ventari's Tablet was inscribed by the centaur Ventari. It holds seven tenets that speak of the peaceful centaur's morals and ethics. The Pale Tree used the Ventari Tablet for the sylvari's ethics and morals, leading the Firstborn to embrace it like the words of a prophet. It is their most sacred artifact, and is a constant topic of debate among the sylvari as they discuss the tenets' meanings.

Teachings[edit]

Ventari's teachings, without the dialog options, are as follows:

  1. Live life well and fully, and waste nothing.
  2. Do not fear difficulty. Hard ground makes stronger roots.
  3. The only lasting peace is the peace within your own soul.
  4. All things have a right to grow. The blossom is brother to the weed.
  5. Never leave a wrong to ripen into evil or sorrow.
  6. Act with wisdom, but act.
  7. From the smallest blade of grass to the largest mountain, where life goes—so, too, should you.

The words of the centaur sage Ventari are carved into this stone. More than a relic, the tablet is the moral foundation of sylvari society.
