Still no Necromancer change then. :(
- Apparently not....just some confirmation that something was being worked on for it would be nice... 71.68.238.112 02:27, 4 December 2012 (UTC)
Jumping problem.[edit]
The jumping issue is introduced in this patch unintentionally. --110.174.164.26 01:27, 4 December 2012 (UTC)
- What jumping issue? 75.37.19.201 02:36, 4 December 2012 (UTC)
- an issue causing a jump to be non responsive if it otherwise would have occurred.A Liability 06:12, 4 December 2012 (UTC)
- boy that was frustrating. i thought i was just jump-puzzle-failing. 98.228.100.97 14:09, 4 December 2012 (UTC)
- Haha wow I was wondering why my jump puzzles were suddenly failing and chalked it up to lag or some pc unresponsiveness. Turns out it was the game :). udas 20:18, 4 December 2012 (UTC)

sPVP team color rending problem.[edit]
The 2nd issue introduced in this patch is when you joined a sPVP match, the outfit color would not rend properly. If a red team player wears blue armor, it would make everyone confused.--110.174.164.26 01:43, 4 December 2012 (UTC)
Infinite pvp salvage kit.[edit]
The third issue introduced in this patch, if you have more than one stack of pvp salvage kits, deposit them into locker, once you withdraw them you will find the stack number back to 15. This gives you infinite pvp salvage kit.
Except the 3rd one, I don't think any of these above is related to the update note. I guess anet changed something without letting us know. And this patch is creepy as ever. --110.174.164.26 02:15, 4 December 2012 (UTC)
Haste or Quickness?[edit]
I'm assuming Rune of Balthazar/Orrian gives haste and not quickness at 20% right? 0.o
- Haste is a thief skill that gives quickness and drains all endurance. The runes should be giving quickness and their description is just incorrect. — Poki#3 13:36, 4 December 2012 (UTC)
New icon for stun[edit]
This patch introduced a new icon for the stun condition (formerly it was sharing an icon with daze). Thought I would mention this. Sorry I don't have an account.
- I think it's really just that they standardized the icons everywhere. Warrior skills have always used for daze and for stun. —Dr Ishmael 00:52, 5 December 2012 (UTC)
- That's... exactly what I meant. —Dr Ishmael 01:23, 5 December 2012 (UTC)
Increased efficiency with high-level harvesting tools?[edit]
I noticed when logging on today that, using an orichalcum sickle, I'm actually able to harvest any low-level resource node twice. Bug or feature? 69.196.189.183 06:25, 4 December 2012 (UTC)
- look at your wvw bonuses (castle icon next to shield and crossed swords at the top)- Zesbeer 06:54, 4 December 2012 (UTC)
Minis and Dye packs[edit]
"Increased chance to get Mini boosters and Dye Pack boosters from the Black Lion Chest." wtf are mini boosters and dye pack boosters? Gaudy Gourd God 11:34, 4 December 2012 (UTC)
- this and this?- Zesbeer 11:55, 4 December 2012 (UTC)
- not a bad guess, but I doubt that's it. never knew you could get dye packs and mini packs from the black lion chest. and if they only just added them to the black lion chest it would say the same as with the hair style and makeover packs, "added", not "increased chance". and that little word "boosters" is messy aswell. Gaudy Gourd God 12:30, 4 December 2012 (UTC)
- I assume they do mean the 3 pack of minis and the dye pack, I got a dye pack from a black lion chest before, I can say that for sure. Never heard of a 'dye pack booster' or 'mini booster' though, that does sound wrong--86.28.147.193 15:20, 4 December 2012 (UTC)

Grenade kit[edit]
Removed cool-down when stowing grenade kit. Dont know if it was intentional or they changed a trait early. Smoke 13:41, 4 December 2012 (UTC)
Ranger[edit]
Also finally was fixed a bug with Opening strike not working if shooting farther then from the range 900. Should we add this to the "Wiki Notes"? --Malgalad 13:58, 4 December 2012 (UTC)
Hooray for all the much needed Ranger updates. >:\ -Ninjatek 18:06, 4 December 2012 (UTC)
Knight's Jewel[edit]
The patch note about the "Knight's Jewel" currently links Jewel, which is an article that really only talks about PvE jewels. However, I think the patch note is referring to an item from sPvP (there is nothing in PvE called a "Knight's Jewel" AFAIK, and Emerald jewels—the PvE jewels that add the "...of the Knight" suffix—don't seem to be affected by this patch). So that link seems kind of misleading. But there's no wiki article about the sPvP jewels as far as I know, so I'm not sure what to do about it... --Felbryn 21:25, 4 December 2012 (UTC)
- That was me doing the links (ahh, takes me back to the GuildWiki days :), did hunt around for something more specific to knight's jewels, was not aware there is a difference between PvE and PvP jewels, so seemed the basic "Jewel" article was the best option. Certainly if you can spot a better article to link to, change it. As you said, there's no sPvP article dealing with jewels, so maybe you could start one (even if can only add a framework, others might then expand). --Wolfie (talk|contribs) 01:23, 5 December 2012 (UTC)
Guild leaders[edit]
Finally, can get rid of inactive guild leaders. Who else appreciates this change? - Endeavor 00:14, 5 December 2012 (UTC)
- Also means a vindictive guild co-leader can get rid of the other co-leaders. I'm not bothered by inactives as much as I am by griefers. 75.36.176.77 01:30, 5 December 2012 (UTC)
Here's a few things ANET didn't mention:[edit]
- Auras are not considered as boon since this patch. Those traits extended boon duration won't affect auras anymore.
- While channeling Ride the Lightning all skill slots are disabled after this patch. Sometimes cause ele attune to no element.
--110.174.164.26 00:38, 5 December 2012 (UTC)
- First one would have been a bug, auras are not boons, they're just miscellaneous effects. Second one was probably a bug, too - I can't see why a character should be able to use other skills while they're flying around as a bolt of lightning. —Dr Ishmael 01:24, 5 December 2012 (UTC)
- Yeah, but cancelling your attunement is probably not intended. 04:33, 5 December 2012 (UTC)
- Skills and attunements were disabled for rtl in a prior patch, pretty sure The Lost Shores update when they fixed the tracking. I remember the bugged attunement swapping, but I don't remember how to replicate it. You can't replicate using rtl so we'd need details.--Relyk 10:16, 5 December 2012 (UTC)
- Well I havn't touch my ele since last patch so just a little bit curious. And the attunement problem seems hard to ensure replication but I once replicate it during spvp match. I'm not saying if they are bug or unintended, what I mean is anet being dishonest with all that they implemented. They could list a page of update changes but skipped these facts, whether they are important or not. If they fixed something unintended they should at least list them in the update note.--110.174.164.26 20:57, 5 December 2012 (UTC)

- They're not being dishonest by omitting things. No software developer ever lists every single change that was made in their update/patch/version notes. —Dr Ishmael 21:27, 5 December 2012 (UTC)
Personal Story[edit]
The enemies in personal story "The Steel Tide" no longer gives exp, bug or intended? 24.86.170.115 08:17, 5 December 2012 (UTC)
Champions[edit]
I've been able to solo several champions that would previously one-hit kill me. Anyone else has noticed that several of them across the game are noticeably easier? MithTalk 19:30, 5 December 2012 (UTC)
- I don't have any comparison data (same character against same champion before/after) since I've been playing a new character through zones that I hadn't been to in a while, but I can say that this character was able to solo a couple champions and other events that I didn't expect I'd be able to survive. One that I remember specifically was "Kill the Flame Legion shaman" in the Old Piken Ruins, Iron Marches. Character was a necromancer, no minions, and less than 5 levels above the event (55, I was near 60). Definitely not a situation I would've normally considered attempting, but he appeared right on top of me so I gave it a go.
- My guess would be that, now that the non-80 zones are mostly empty of players, they decided to re-scale encounters like this to be more favorable to low populations. —Dr Ishmael 19:44, 5 December 2012 (UTC)
