Secrets of the Obscure mastery tracks

The following mastery tracks are unlocked by completing goals in the Secrets of the Obscure expansion. A total of 30,480,000 experience and 88 mastery points are required to unlock all of the Secrets of the Obscure masteries.

Ley-Loom Operation	1,524,000	5	Learn to use the Heart to weave latent ley energy though ley looms into functional ley lines.
Greater Arcane Treasures	2,540,000	6	Learn to channel the power of the Heart to unlock Greater Arcane Chests in Secrets of the Obscure maps.

Complete the Hell Breaks Loose chapter on at least one character to unlock.

Who Rescues Whom?	381,000	2	Learn to mount the skyscale in midair to save yourself while falling. If you also have the Air Rescue Skyscale Mount Mastery trained, your skyscale may gain the Bond of Vigor effect shortly after mounting in midair. Unlock the A New Friend achievement.
Fireball	508,000	2	Unlock the ability for your skyscale to spit a fireball at aerial targets.
Wall Spring	635,000	3	Learn to spring off walls with your skyscale, providing a moment of respite and ability to fly to greater heights. If you also have the Wall Launch Skyscale Mount Mastery trained, this ability charges faster and launches farther when fully charged.
Enhanced Updrafts	762,000	3	Learn to magically strengthen the power of updrafts to allow them to benefit your flying mounts.
Combat Launch	1,016,000	4	Learn to call your skyscale during fights to carry you to safety or attack from a new angle.
Ley-Line Acclimation	1,524,000	5	Learn to enter ley-line energy flows while mounted to glide along with the flow, gaining speed and access to otherwise inaccessible places.
Rising Spirits	2,159,000	6	Learn to use magically enhanced updrafts to replenish your mount's endurance.

Astral Ward[edit]

Complete the The Missing Facet chapter on at least one character to unlock.
Alternatively, entering Amnytas through the portal in The Wizard's Tower also unlocks this mastery track.

Rift Mastery	2,159,000	5	Learn to extract greater amounts of Kryptis essence from rifts.
Obsidian Armor Crafting	2,540,000	6	Gain access to final crafting recipes for legendary armor.
Wayfinder Mastery	3,302,000	7	Train this mastery to gain bonus effects: • Add new services to the Wizard's Tower to upgrade Obsidian armor or to exchange various map currencies and materials. • Open arcane chests with ease. • Provide some protections against Eparch in the Citadel of Zakiros. • Loot a daily coffer from the Into the Spider's Lair meta-event that contains particularly rare items.

Complete the Duress chapter on at least one character to unlock.

Wizard's Blessing	762,000	2	Learn to gain Wizard's Blessing in Convergences when turning in essences.
Wisp Pockets	1,016,000	3	Learn how to gather essences as a wisp in Convergences.
Essence Attunement	1,524,000	4	Learn to carry the maximum load of essences in Convergences. When picking up essences, heal and get an effect.
Convergence Mastery	2,540,000	5	Learn how to extract bonus Kryptis essence from successful Convergences. Completing Convergences grants you an effect that allows you to gain more Kryptis essence when using motivations. Increase the chance to get unstable Kryptis motivations, which are used to open Convergences.
