“Before completion: Learn to call your skyscale during fights to carry you to safety or attack from a new angle.
After completion: Open the Activate Mastery Skill panel and select Skyscale to launch yourself into the air and mount your skyscale. This can only be used once every 3 minutes.

Combat Launch is a mastery from the Secrets of the Obscure mastery tracks. Upon training, it unlocks the Skyscale mastery skill in the Mastery Skill menu, which allows to mount skyscale while in combat.
