Officer Veros is a dungeon merchant at Fort Marriner in Memory of Old Lion's Arch who exchange unique armor and weapons from the Citadel of Flame dungeon. Before could have been found at Postern Ward in Lion's Arch exchanging unique armor and weapons from the Citadel of Flame dungeon for Flame Legion Charr Carving tokens.
