“Outgoing control effects have reduced effectiveness.
— In-game description
Notes[edit]
- This effect is active on difficulty level 36 in Fractals of the Mists.
- This effect drastically reduces the durations of stun, daze, crippled, immobile, blind, and fear. The duration reduction appears to be 90%, and stacks additively with duration increases. It does not affect launch, knockback, or knockdown, nor does it allow enemies to pass through a Ring of Warding or similar effects.
- This effect shortens the stun caused by carrying the Cultist Hammer in Cliffside Fractal, as it is considered self-inflicted.
- The section of the Volcanic Fractal where you must prevent the grawl from sacrificing captives, as well as the fight against Subject 6 in Thaumanova Reactor Fractal, are made notably more difficult by this effect.
