Justice is a willbender virtue effect and buff gained upon using the Rushing Justice skill. For the duration of the effect, every 5 successful hits cause burning.

- Amplified Wrath (Radiance) — Burning you inflict deals increased damage. Burning duration applied by the passive effect of Virtue skill 1 is increased.
- Permeating Wrath (Virtues) — The passive effect of Virtue skill 1 triggers more quickly and now burns in an area.
- Zealous Scepter (Zeal)) — Gain might when your Virtue skill 1 passive effect triggers; gain more might while wielding a scepter.
- Restorative Virtues (Willbender) — Triggered virtue effects reduce the cooldown of active weapon abilities. Gain vigor when activating Flowing Resolve.
- Holy Reckoning (Willbender) — Triggered virtue effects now grant might to allies in addition to their bonuses. Gain fury when activating Rushing Justice.
- Lethal Tempo (Willbender) — Each time you activate a virtue or your virtue's passives are triggered, gain a damage bonus. Gaining stacks of this boon refreshes other stacks.
- Tyrant's Momentum (Willbender) — Lethal Tempo grants increased damage, but has reduced duration. Justice's duration is modified.
