Ineffable
Ineffable equipment is a set of armor and weapons crafted with "Ineffable" inscriptions and insignia. They are the only non-ascended crafted items that allow prefix selection.
All ineffable equipment is account bound when crafted, is of Exotic rarity, and has stats boosted by 6 levels above the required level. They are intended as leveling equipment that can be crafted by high-level characters and given to new characters on the same account.
Both the inscriptions/insignia and the equipment itself requires Globs of Ectoplasm to craft. The amount of ectoplasm required rises steeply with the item level.
Ineffable equipment remains account bound, so it can be stored to pass it to other characters as they are leveled up.

Insignia are used to craft Ineffable armor. Inscriptions are used to craft Ineffable weapons. Both Ineffable Insignia and Inscriptions are account bound and the recipes are automatically available after reaching the required rating. The equipment must be discovered.
