The Great Debate Hall is a building located in the Bastion of Balance floating island.
Notes[edit]
- You just have to walk up the door of the Great Hall to unlock this point of interest.
- It was previously only accessible during the event Escort Lyhr to the Great Hall so he can rebalance himself.
