• This item is earned via a series of achievements beginning with The Falling Star: Vault Dispatch, refer to the guide on that page. Acquiring the eighth objective unlocks the The Falling Star: Seizing the Star sub-achievement which rewards the spear. Falling Star Quest License needs to be bought to gain access to these achievements.
