Separatists, eh?

Those human rebels have been harassing us since we got here. They like to pick us off one at a time, quickly and stealthily. Those of us who don't get shot at get kidnapped.

How do you deal with them?

Without stealth, they've got nothing. Shine a light on these sneaky wretches, and they scatter like rabbits. If you're willing, go shake a few bushes, and see what tumbles out. If it's a Separatist, put it out of my[sic] misery.

Doesn't the truce forbid that sort of thing?

Separatists don't follow the truce, so we can deal with them as needed. They're as much trouble to their own people as to the legions. They're trying to oil a wheel that fell off ages ago.

What else is going on here?

We used to run a fishing operation here, but the river's gone shallow. So now we harvest eggs from salamander drakes. We catch bait and trade it for larger fish, which we use to lure the drakes away from their nests.
