The Guild Wars Wiki has an article on Urn of Althea's Ashes.

• Althea's Ashes are the remains of Lady Althea, the daughter of Duke Barradin and betrothed of Rurik of Ascalon, son of Adelbern of Ascalon. Althea went missing after the Searing, and Barradin stationed a force at Piken Square to find her. It was discovered, however, that she had been captured by the Flame Legion and burned alive, as a sacrifice to charr's titan gods. Her ashes were later recovered, and her father ensured that she was interred properly.
  • Unlike the description states, she actually did not die in the Searing.
