Acquisition

• Starting from  Olishar's Oasis Camp Waypoint — , head southeast, following the path until you reach the entrance to the Whispering Grottos. Enter the cave and make your way north, turning east once you reach the Corsair camp. From there go to the end of the camp, until you reach a door. The Letter will be located behind it, inside a Stolen Chest, guarded by several Veteran Corsair Cutthroats.

Notes

• Grants 100 Volatile Magic when acquired.
• This is the only collection item that is found outside the Sandswept Isles zone.
