Workshop Upgrades Panel

Workshop Proprietors run and maintain the Guild Workshop. They are NPCs and members of the Guild Initiative who appear when your guild reaches a sufficient level. Any player representing the guild may view the Treasury, completed and available guild upgrades. However, Purchase Upgrades permission is required to perform an upgrade after all required materials are in the treasury.
