Turtle Unlock: Getting Stronger is a Cantha achievement and the second step towards unlocking your Siege Turtle mount. Completing this achievement will award progress towards the Stomping Around achievement. In order to complete this you do need to have Fishing unlocked.

- When you are fishing for the fishing achievements, you can go to a fishmonger like Taro Everclaw (the one just outside of Arborstone next to Fidget) and trade the various fish fillets using the Fishmonger Exchange.
