Tower Insight: The Apex is a Mastery Insight in the Open Sky.
Location[edit]
Getting there[edit]
From 
Tower Courtyard Waypoint — , head outside, west, to the big archs in between the two points of interest. Go to the second arch from the waypoint area, counterclockwise. Fly to the top of the arch and point your skyscale northwest, flying upward. You will discover the Open Sky; aim for the floating rock to the side of the little sky island. Land to recharge your mount, then fly up and over to the tower top to claim your mastery point. Snag the vista and point of interest on the island while you're there, too.
