Notes

• Champion Toxic Wurm Queen only drops it when it's the sole objective of an event. The event alongside the toxic alchemist will not drop this item.
• Almost any Wurm will drop the Tasty Wurm Segment. There is a concentration of them in Freewain Pastures in Diessa Plateau. The strip between the  Charradis Estate Waypoint — and  Butcher's Block Waypoint — Contain many low level Wurms that are easy to kill.
• Vermignus does not drop these. Champion Wychmire Jungle Wurms found during Defeat the great jungle wurm also do not drop these.
