I somehow got 19% for the heart, but have no clue why. I brought a Veteran Mordant Crescent to a Awakened, but the previous Mordant Crescent to Awakened only gave me 16%. I think there might be 'great', 'good' and 'bad' matches, but can't figure out which one. --Hitakashi (talk) 06:50, 20 September 2018 (UTC)

How do you actually calculate the percentages anyway? The best I can figure is repeating the actions multiple times and guessing from the visual indicator, but these figures seem very precise for that to be the method. Throne3d (talk) 16:18, 20 September 2018 (UTC)

"To see exact percentages, create a squad and deselect "View as Grid" in the squad UI. You will now be able to hover over the heart icon in the squad UI to see exactly how much progress you've made on the current renown heart." or if you do not have a commander tag, you can create a squad in LFG, and then remove it. That is extremely non-intuitive, but definitely works! Thanks. Where did you find that quote from? (I couldn't see it when I was looking up the guide for renown heart page formatting, and that page seems to otherwise list where the data can be found.) Throne3d (talk) 16:26, 20 September 2018 (UTC)

Someone once added it to Guild Wars 2 Wiki:Projects/On Wiki of Gold and since then we use it there. However I agree that it could be added into the guides, so even non-participants can use it. Sime (talk) 16:28, 20 September 2018 (UTC)

So these seem to be pretty complicated, and I don't really get the formatting on the main page, so I'm going to write the ones I get here.

Awakened -> shadows | order

awakened rep: I always wondered what it's like to be a Shadows agent.

shadows rep: Not nearly as glamorous as anyone imagines. But being Awakened-- that must be wild.

awakened: So... you're a spy.

shadows: And you're one of Joko's old soldiers. Wanna swap war stories?

awakened -> shadows | legacy

awakened rep: I don't... What even are you?

shadows rep: A spy. And a good one. Looks to me like you've got a story. Want to tell?

awakened: Any, um, intel? Is that what I should ask you?

shadows: I think so? Don't know more than anyone else, though. The Brandstorms cut us all off from each other.

awakened -> mordant crescent | legacy

awakened rep: Bet you never spent time with regular Awakened.

vet mc rep: You're right. A shame, really. We were on the same side. Is it too late to fix that?

Dialogue

It seems the current table mixes starting and response messages for various pairs. As far as I see where they don't mention a specific other faction, it's a response. Otherwise the player wouldn't know which other faction to approach. -- kazerniel (talk | contribs) 23:44, 12 March 2021 (UTC)
